		<description><![CDATA[Personally I find the sign on the right more convincing. I don&#039;t have to read the signs to  know they&#039;re for yard sales, I know from experience (chances are they&#039;re either signs for yard sales or for a lost dog/cat). The sign on the right sells me by listing some top-notch items that are for sale. The yard sale in the left image probably has a bunch of crap I don&#039;t want.]]></description>
